Appointed to undertake the supply and installation of bespoke joinery finishes to this scheme working closely with the Architect on detailing and material choice & finish.
Beulah School – Pegasus Academy Trust
We were appointed to undertake alterations within the infant school to provide new nursery facilities and update classrooms for Year 1 children within a tight timescale within the School holidays
Scope:
Demolition & strip out
Structural alterations
Formation of new nursery facilities including toilets and kitchen
Extensive external Hard & Soft landscaping
Refurbishment of Yr 1 & 2 classrooms
Refurbishment of office and wc facilities.
SOUTHWOLD PRIMARY, L.B Hackney
A key partner in the extension and complete refurbishment of a Grade 2 listed school that remained in full occupation whilst the works were undertaken – careful consideration to the children’s welfare was paramount to maintain the operation of the school.
Scope:
• Staged refurbishment of internal classrooms, common areas and facilities
• Bespoke joinery items including doors, windows, screens, shelving, reception desks together with 1st & 2nd fix carpentry installation
• Bathroom, shower and utility room tiling
• Installation of terrazzo covering to new glazed staircase structure
• External granite and travertine tiling to the facades of the building
• Repairs and extensions to roof structure together with re-roofing the school.
LONGLANDS SCHOOL, L.B Bexley
A key contractor involved in the remodeling and extension to an occupied primary school with multiple sectional completions and phasing.
Scope:
• Construction of large 800m2 cut roof to new extension areas and associated roof tiling.
• 2nd Fix carpentry package of project together with supply of Joinery items
St FRANCISCAN PRIMARY SCHOOL, L.B Wandsworth
Successfully completed works as the Principle contractor to the security and landscaping of the school within a 5-week period over the summer holidays.
Works involved:
Demolition and asbestos removal
Replacement of perimeter fencing to the entire school
Landscaping works to new entrance and playground areas
Installation of play equipment
Drainage and re-roofing works
New access control system
HOTHAM SCHOOL
Bespoke joinery package for replacement of windows, doors, screens and construction of playground facilities for a Grade II listed school.
Scope:
• Replacement of windows and exterior doors
• Hardwood Fire doors & Screens
• Manufacture and installation of playground facilities including interactive playboat and external landscape furniture.
