CG Design & Build Building . has experience with full Design & Build schemes ensuring the responsibility of bringing together the design team, interpreting your requirements and ensuring they are achieved, obtaining all necessary consents & managing the construction work on your behalf, is all part of the extensive customer care package offered by CG Design & Build .
We place the highest importance on the design. The fact that we have in-house construction services enables us to control the execution of the design through to the complete product. Projects are ‘design lead’, as opposed to ‘build lead’, and ultimate control over our projects reside with the architectural project management team.​

INTERIOR FIT OUT
We have experience in a whole range of interior fit outs to commercial retail projects, restaurants, Bars and hotels together with education and healthcare facilities.
Most of our projects are delivered in and around live environments where we work sensitively to ensure you can continue living, working and trading with minimal disruption.
Close collaboration is central to the success of these projects understanding your needs and the key factors driving your scheme where we use our innovative solutions so we can create an environment that will stimulate the people who use it.
This is further supported by our own joinery workshop where we are able to design and manufacture and control the specialist joinery that goes in partnership with the nature of interior fit outs to aid the strict time and programme constraints as well as giving us a competitive edge.

With the core of our business within this sector of the industry, we have gained a wealth of experience and expertise in residential and commercial refurbishment schemes both varied in budget and complexity within London and the South East.
